Working together to move you forward

What is coaching?

Let's start with what coaching isn't.

Coaching isn't therapy, but it can feel therapeutic.
Coaching isn’t counselling, but reflection can feel useful.

Coaching isn't mentoring: you are the expert on you.

So what is coaching?

Coaching is about you achieving the change you want.

Coaching is about becoming the you you want to be.

Feel more fulfilled

Finding a better balance between your job and who you want to be

Smoother work relationships

Improving skills in handling  professional relationships

Increased
self-confidence

Developing more
self-confidence in the workplace

The coaching journey

The coaching journey is very individual, depending on your work and life context and what you want to get out of this journey.  Whether it's online, by phone, or in person, we will work together to figure out the right coaching journey for you.

A typical coaching journey might look like this:

01

Initial chat

We discuss how coaching might work for you, and whether we are a good fit for each other

02

First full session

We discuss your situation in more detail and co-create some achievable goals and strategies

03

Next sessions

Depending on our agreed schedule, sessions take place every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. We will explore your thoughts on things such as progress made, any setbacks or changes to your context, and anything else you want to bring to the sessions.

04

Reflective/final session

When you feel you have made the progress you want, we reflect on what we’ve achieved, how the coaching has worked for you, and your next steps - whether that's further sessions, or finishing our work together for the time being.
